Quality control at design phase
Design reviews are carried out at every stage from basic design and detailed design to engineering
samples and pre-production samples, in order to verify the validity of design.
Quality control at production plants
Along with implementing the quality control based on the quality management system
of ISO9001 standard, inspection for the parts and materials received, inspection at each production
process, safety test, and final inspection are conducted. |

Production system innovation suitable high-mix low-volume production
We are addressing production system innovation with the aim of doubling productivity in
order to efficiently manufacture a variety of products in response to the needs.
Regular transportation service and introduction of Kanban system
Through utilization of NEC group's distribution system, we have established the
flexble logistics system with frequent reqular transportation. Moreover, by introducing the
Kanban system, we have synchronized the flows of information and goods.
Improvement of production line efficiency by multiskilled workers
Through integration of product models and promotion of modular design,we have
succeeded in fostering multiskilled workers with a diversity of products knowledge and skills.
